Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Hushkins Return Policy

We want you to love your Hushkins purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for safety and hygiene reasons.

• Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For items such as bibs, toothbrushes, and teethers, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
